This is exactly what I wanted for the office. I can write the date in the space below the word E-mailed. They sent me the wrong one, but when I E-mailed and said it wasn't the one I ordered, they sent me the right one no questions asked and didn't even ask for the wrong one back. Works Great. Very Clear.
