Very pleased with this embosser. It's sturdy, and very easy to use (requiring less hand pressure than other embossers on the market). Service was excellent: Seller emailed me immediately after my order was placed, to get specifics regarding the text, alignment, style, etc., that I wanted (I also was able to change my color preference from the black finish to the gold at this time); the order was filled and shipped the following day, and I received it three days later; and all details of the order were correct.

ELEGANT DESK EMBOSER - BLACK Love the product, service was good but needs to have a better instruction and help to state the imprinting for the press to stamp. No discription of letter count nor the orientation of the stamp. My press came with the orientation so that the press must be used on the bottom of the page of the book for the imprint to be correct to be readable.Elegant Desk Embosser - Black I would still buy this product and tell my friends to buy this embosser.

I ordered almost everything from Amazon. I have been spoiled by the quick delivery and customer service. I ordered this stamp on November 28th to use on holiday cards. I was sent an email on November 30th requesting my address and what information I wanted on the stamp. I responded on the 30th with this information. I contacted them again on December 7th and did not get a returned call. I then called on the 11th and was told my email was never sent and my order was in a pending status. I explained I had sent it to them with all the information. I was told my stamp would go out the same day and I would have it by the 17th at the latest. I explained once again, it is for holiday cards. Called again today and was told the item was on backorder and I would not get it until the 24th. What good is it to me then??
