This Shachihata Refill Ink For Classix Stamps is suitable for all pre-inked stamps, most of which are laser-carved out of micro-porous cellular rubber. It is very thin to facilitate absorption and water-soluble. If you get it on your hands, you can wash it off with water. It comes in a 2-oz squeeze bottle. To re-ink, seat the pre-inked stamp up-right in a paper plate and pull the handle off. Invert the squeeze bottle with the cap off and add no more than 4 to 5 drops onto the cellular rubber. Avoid adding along the edges. Let the stamp sit up-right and soak overnight before testing it or it may leak and make a mess. Patience is advised. Repeat until the impressions are satisfactory. This ink does what it is supposed to at a reasonable price. It deserves a 5-star.
